UK hacker loses latest appeal

The computer hacker Gary McKinnon lost the latest round of his fight against extradition to the US today when the Crown Prosecution Service ruled out bringing charges against him

The CPS said it had insufficient evidence to reflect the criminality of the alleged charges against him.

Key word in that sentence is alleged…….
